The black environment of the void is given the illusion of life by the use of metallics accentuating the curves of the sea waves. The use of silver particles mixed with other grayish metals brings a strong division between the flatness of the black void and the vibrance of the illuminated horizon. Closer to the center figure, just off center, the more gray metals give way to whispy silvers. The aeriform mist that surrounds the golden disk presents like an eye, peeking over the waves from beyond eternity. In the center of the golden eye is a pure pearlescent figure, the poise and stature are simplified into a simple standing pose. The man seems to wait patiently in the dark, ready to bring the dawn.
